Welcome and Happy Holidays!
I went a little more "natural" with the decorating this year. Branches trimmed from outside, greenery cut from the Christmas tree and pine cones that I've used year after year.
(Sorry for the dark pictures, there hasn't been a whole lot of sun here in the NW)
I love the reflection of the ornaments in the mirror.
I picked up these mercury glass candle holders at Target.
A little bit of greenery goes a long way.
I got this cute bird bath dish in Atlanta on our Thanksgiving trip last month.
More greenery touches.
Merry Christmas!
I'm linking to the following party:
Petie, This is beautiful! I think the natural look expresses Christmas in a simple and elegant way. I love so many of the things you did. The coco cola case is so neat. I imagine they are hard to come by now. Love the birdbath dish. I hope you enjoyed your trip to Atlanta. It is a beautiful city. Merry Christmas, Ginger
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love your decor. The birds peeking into the ornaments is so cute, and those brown packages are favorites.
ReplyDeleteI linked over from the Inspiration Friday party. I love what you have done with your decorating. Absolutely gorgeous. I'm your latest follower. I hope you will stop by my blog and check it out at www.diybydesign.blogspot.com. I would love for you to follow me back. Thanks. Again, your decor is beautiful.

Petie, I love everything about this!
ReplyDeleteI went more natural this year, too, and we love it. I think simplicity was the way to go this year...less stress and it's still beautiful!
Hi Petie! Oh, I love your entry all decorated for Christmas! It looks so beautiful and I'm so use to not having light being a fellow NW gal that I love how the pics look. :-) I really like those tiny ornaments reflected in the mirror and the presents in the Coke box are darling. Great job and thank you so much for linking up to the party this week! :-)
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas,
Vanessa
